Couples Financial Problem

Couple Problem:

We have just married in a few months. We have permanent working and we think we have no financial problem when we decided to get married. But in the fact now, it's not true. Oftenly we are pinched for money every the end of month. Please advice us, what should we do to overcome our financial problems. How to prevent this problem for our better future?

Counselor Advice:

We understand that many new couples will be surprised with new problems. Actually, this is not new problem. Many other couples have same problem before you had.

If you have married for a few months, I think you can account your family needs. If you think your both salary can meet the needs, you have to set your salary for it first. Then you can use the residue for other need. First thing first.

But, if you think your both salary cannot meet your requirements, you have to look for other/added income. Remember, income follows need. You have to think about your future needs. May be you will have a baby soon. He need your love and your financial too. So, you need to account your needs and your future needs. Then ask your self: Can we meet our needs with our salary?
